The cable car to Kasprowy Wierch is one of the most recognizable engineering projects of the interwar period, and since 1936, it has been a key tourist attraction in the Polish Western Tatras. Built in a record time of seven months, it is still considered a symbol of modernity and innovative design from those years, connecting the valley with the heart of the high mountain landscape. The two-stage journey, with a transfer at Myślenickie Turnie, allows visitors to admire the unique panorama of the Tatras and provides direct access to numerous hiking trails and popular ski areas. This facility stands out as the only high-mountain cable car in the country, offering passengers the chance to experience the raw nature of the national park up close while maintaining the highest technical standards.
