The Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Piwniczna-Zdrój is a brick, eclectic temple built between 1881 and 1886 on the site of an earlier church dating back to the 14th century. The building is an important monument of sacred architecture, attracting tourists with its late Baroque main altar and a historic bell from 1523. Its interior is decorated with valuable murals and a stone baptismal font from the late 17th century, making it one of the most important historical and cultural landmarks in the city.
