The castle in Muszyna is a 14th-century defensive fortress located on a steep hill. For centuries, it served as the residence of the starosts, the governors of the so-called Muszyna State, and guarded the state’s borders. After a major reconstruction completed in 2023, the building has become a modern tourist attraction, featuring a reconstructed tower and residential area. Visitors can explore exhibition halls and enjoy a viewing terrace, which offers a unique panorama of the spa town and the Poprad Valley.
